PICK-UP MADEIRA AIRPORT

You will be met in the airport (motorcycle parking place) at the meeting point where a representative from Vivemadeira will be holding a name board. You will then be taken to collect .the airport delivery and collection fee has a total cost of 16 euros between 8 am and 19 pm. between 19 and 23 an additional amount of 20 euros will be added.

We will only take the motorcycle and helmets, other equipment must be picked up at Main office.

The service at Madeira Airport operates everyday 24H. Important: please read the Rental Conditions when you make your booking for any additional service fees.

PICK-UP HOTEL OR HOLIDAY GUEST HOUSE

For deliveries to hotels less than 12 km away from our main office the delivery is free when booking for more than 2 days.

You will be met in the reception lobby where a representative from Vivemadeira will be holding a Vivemadeira board.We will only take the motorcycle and helmets, other equipment must be picked up at Main office. You will then be taken to collect the motorcycle from the Main office in Funchal .

The service at Hotels or HP operates every day from 09:00 HRS to 18:30 HRS.

Collections and returns between 18:30 HRS and 20.00 HRS and between 08:00 HRS and 08:59 HRS are available, on request, for an additional charge, payable locally. Please note that in case the client has their own gear, the motorcycle will be delivered at their accommodation.

 Sam bus company provides direct buses from the airport to funchal at a cost of 5 euros per person. you can take the bus at the airport stop and get off at the stop 20 meters from our store(N14)

In Funchal center you can find us in Avenida Arriaga MAIN OFFICE EDIFÍCIO NAVIO AZUL Estrada monumental, Centro Comercial Navio azul, Loja 17, 9000-100 Funchal, Vivemadeira operates every day from 09:00 HRS to 18:30 HRS.

Collections and returns between 18:30 HRS and 20.00 HRS and between 08:00 HRS and 08:59 HRS are available, on request, for an additional charge, payable locally.

A damage report must be completed by the driver for any damage to the motorcycle, however minor it is. If a collision occurs, a police report and case number must also be provided.

Clients must contact us immediately in the event of any damage. If this procedure is not followed, the third party insurance cover could become invalidated, leaving clients liable for all damage.

Any anomaly detected must be notified to the vivemadeira team, the customer is prohibited from carrying out repairs or adding fluids/oil to any of the company's motorcycles without prior authorization,

Keep a distance, safe driving

Extending the rental duration must always be done directly with us. If the motorcycle is not available for the extended period, it must be returned at the original time. Failure to return the motorcycle on the specified date and time will result in the lapse of insurance cover. Clients will also be charged directly for any additional time at a table price rate (1 day rental).

All clients pay on collection the total amount of the cost of their booking, is acceptable payments by cash, debit card or credit card with no extra cost or hidden extra, except American Express credit card.

Please check the details of the booking on your voucher. If any details change or are incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. You need to be in possession of a valid credit card or cash to collect the motorcycle. This MUST be in the name of the main driver and CANNOT be a prepaid credit card or an AMEX card and must have sufficient funds available.we will block between 300 to 1500 euros depending on the motorcycle you will ride.

No charge when motorcycles are returned with the same amount of fuel. If the motorcycle is returned with missing fuel, a charge will be made. Please note: Due to refueling logistics the motorcycle rental company will charge a service fee.in case of fuel changes, up to 250 euros may be charged

Minimum age 20 years 250cc - 800cc, for uper 800cc engine minimum age is 25 years, maximum age no limit. Upon collection, present your valid EU-issued driver’s licence to the motorcycle rental representative. You must have held this for 1 year or more. If your licence was not issued in the EU you must also present an International Driving Permit. You will also need to provide your passport as additional proof of identity. UK licence holders do not need to obtain a DVLA code to share their endorsements prior to collection.

Don't forget to bring with you your driving license and passport!

Third party insurance is included, in case of accident the customer will be responsible for the maximum amount of the deposit. betwen 300 and 1500 depends of the motorcycle.

We have a free deposit for your luggage in our main office. you can leave your stuff with us and enjoy your ride.

All our motorcycles have a holder for navigation, the holder is universal mount for almost all the models .
